We accept cash payment when the garments are delivered to the customer.

When you hand over your clothes to the pickup rider, you can estimate the outstanding balance.

Upon collection, the customer will be given the receipt.

Any payments made in advance must be noted on the pickup slip and signed by our driver.

Except for government holidays, we work from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. seven days a week.

You can make a pickup appointment by calling us or contacting us through our website or Facebook page.

You must provide your name, phone number, address, as well as the pickup date and time slot.

Our rider will arrive at your door at the time specified. We cannot, however, guarantee this.

You should indeed count your clothes and check them on the pick-up slip that our rider will provide you.

The clothes will be delivered at the time and date specified on the collection slip. However, we accept no responsibility for this.

When each garment arrives at our warehouse, we inspect it and notify you if any damage is discovered. We cannot, however, guarantee that all damage will be detected before processing.

DhobiInn will contact you prior to delivery.

Any special instructions must be communicated to our pickup driver and recorded on the pickup slip provided to you.

You must count your clothes when they arrive. If an incompatibility is reported after delivery, no claim for loss of the garment will be accepted.

If an item of clothing is lost or damaged (and it was not present when the laundry was collected), compensation may not exceed ten times the processing cost of that item of clothing.

We accept no responsibility for coloring into the laundry. It is best not to give clothing that will rub off when washed. You can, however, send it for dry cleaning.

Any quality issues must be reported to us within 24 hours of receiving the garment.

As our business evolves, we may wish to revise some of the terms of this agreement. As a result, we encourage you to return frequently to become acquainted with any changes.
